  • After confirmation of the free appointment, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total price to the invoice that we will send to you by e-mail
  • The remaining amount of 70% is paid immediately when the guests arrive in cash
  • Tourist taxes are included in the price
  • GGuests are required to leave a damage guarantee deposit in the amount of EUR 300 in cash, the deposit is returned to the guest upon check-out from the apartment
  • Free cancellation of the reservation can be requested 60 days before arrival, in which case we will return your paid amount to your account
  • Cancellation of the reservation before arrival and up to 59 days before arrival is charged and not returned to the person who paid
  • Check-in is after 15:00
  • Check-out is until 10:00
  • The maximum number of people that can stay in the apartment is 5 people
  • Pets are prohibited
  • Loud parties are not allowed in the apartment
  • The apartment reserves the right to refuse, cancel or change the reservation if the reservation system has been misused or if it was made by the user's obvious mistake
